Neutrinos are extremely light particles unaffected by the strong magnetic force, and as about as massless as any one thing can possibly be without existing.

Neutrinos are extremely light particles unaffected by the strong
magnetic force, and as about as massless as any one thing can
possibly be without existing. This is why scientist call neutrinos,
and other dark matter particles, "ghost matter." They have the
approximate substantiality of my dead grandmother, may she rest in
      peace.
