Menagrie, The trouble with Tribbles, Charlie X, Mudd's Women, well
let's just say I love all the episodes to make it simpler. Never get
tired of watching them. I do like the newer shows. The Next Gen. I
watched Voyager and Deep Space Nine. I watched alot of the first
season of Enterprise but sadly I have to admit that I didn't watch it
much after that. I just started losing interest in it. Esp. when I
compared it with the orig. and next gen. My fav Star Trek movies.
Wrath of Khan first, Voyage Home, Undiscovered Country, Search for
Spock, Star Trek the movie, The Final Frontier. The Next Gen Movies
were pretty good. I liked all of them. I prefer the original show to
the rest of the shows even though I like Patrick Stewart a great
deal. Well I don't know how much I will post but I will be reading
the posts a great deal. I hope to learn things I don't know.

... Hi Chuck! Welcome... and trust us about the last season of Enterprise. It was superb... especially if you treat the penultimate show as the last episode!

Welcome to the list. I, too, am an original series fan, with The Next
Generation in second place. On this list, you'll find all kinds, even
people who <*gasp*> aren't that fond of the original series.

Thanks for the recommendations on the books and the welcome. I like Barbara Hambly as a writer so I will try her Star Trek adaptations. I think she wrote Ishmael but i may be wrong about that. Greg Bear wrote one adaptation that i know of. I know some of the authors who wrote a few of the bks but can't remember the titles? Memory loss at 38. If anyone else has more recommendations let me know. Thank you. A C Crispin wrote a couple didn't she?

I'm giving her all I have got Captain!

I haven't read many of the novels, there are so many bad ones that it
seems like too much of a waste of time to try the find the few that are
worth reading. But I can really recommend 'A stitch in time', written by
the guy who played Garak, and Jeri Taylor's 'Pathways' and 'Mosaic'.
