- Anybody else notice how Michael Giacchino's theme for Star Trek is a perfect counterpoint to Alexander Courage's theme for Star Trek. Listen to the first musical phrase of the Courage theme then listen to the first musical phrase of the Giacchino theme and you will hear what I mean.
I wonder what happens when you overlap the two?

STAR TREK: Unity @ http://startrekunity.tripod.com/
"Non est ad astra mollis e terris via."
"There is no easy way from the earth to the stars."
Lucius Annaeus Seneca (circa -4 CE to 65 CE)
Itineris Ad Astra
[Star Trek]
"Ad eundum quo nemo ante iit."
"To boldly go where no one has gone before."
"Universum non animum mutant qui trans astra currunt"
"They change the universe, not their soul, who run across the stars."
"Up until about 100 years ago, there was one question that burned in every human, that made us study the stars and dream of traveling to them. Are we alone? Our generation is privileged to know the answer to that question. We are all explorers driven to know what's over the horizon, what's beyond our own shores. And yet the more I've experienced, the more I've learned that no matter how far we travel or how fast we get there, the most profound discoveries are not necessarily beyond that next star. They're within us, woven into the threads that bind us. All of us, to each other. The final frontier begins in this hall. Let's explore it together."
- Captain Jonathan Archer, Enterprise NX-01 - So easy to become a subscriber for a month, watch two seasons of discovery, then cancel. I planned to do that last year on YouTube with Cobra Kai, the continuation of the 80's karate Kid. A GREAT show. Liked not having commercials and adds on YouTube so much i kept it. But then again, i cancelled my cable 10 years ago. Watched way more TV since then, on my schedule.KAJOn Mon, Apr 29, 2019 at 4:11 AM Pam Cooper-Servaites captjaneway@... I do enjoy most episodes of The Orville, although I wish it were more like Galaxy Quest.Live Long and Prosper!
