      If this person is interested in doing local lookup for a reasonable fee, this might be a way for us offlanders to get some research done and the visitor to make a little extra cash.  they would have to have had some lookup experience.

        mariner and just want to see what details are on the register.
        Archivist asked if Martha had been baptised on the island but she was
        from Shropshire, and William from Radnorshire. Willing to pay
        reasonable sum Olwen Britton (Blakeway Network)

          I m afraid not. I was adopted and haven t researched the Brittons much. They were from Broseley Shropshire and were also Brittain and also possibly Bratton.

            Just found out from report in British Newspaper Archive that the couple were believed drowned in 1860 when Captain Lilwall s boat the Dinapore was on a voyage

              Just found out from report in British Newspaper Archive that the couple
              were believed drowned in 1860 when Captain Lilwall's boat the Dinapore
              was on a voyage to Aden. Martha was pregnant at the time, and had met
              William in about 1856 when he was an officer on the boat and she was on
              a voyage to St Helena
