The CT Archives Rep office( capearchives@... ) informed me that "consultation of these records is, however,
a time-consuming task which falls beyond the scope of services this office is able to render"
      I received a website : national.archives.gov.za
The CTAR is indicated on NAAIRS as KAB.
I did not get any further.

      Hi Saints
The Cape Town Archives Repository is in possession of information about
immigrants from St Helena to South Africa 1882-1884. The National
Automated Archival Information Retrieval System (NAAIRS) was consulted
and five references to St Helena immigrants were traced.
