      HEALTH TIPS

There are lot of cut vegetables are sold in the grocery stores. Many of us buy them to save time in washing and cutting them before cooking. The cut vegetables which are kept for long time will lose prana also lose important vitamins and minerals by evaporation. The whole vegetables and fruits have the natural cover on them to keep the prana and all the vitamins and minerals in tact in them. So it is always better to buy whole vegetables and fruits from the stores. Please keep in the mind, the cooked vegetables hold the full prana only for 8 hours. It is a good idea to consume at least one full prana meal in a day.
