      But its not a very good idea....to look into sql error logs and event viewer. Because it didnt capture every events, suppose i need to find out who has deleted one of my table from the database few days back then?
       
      And i didn't enabled audit etc. on the server.

      You can look sql error log or windows event viewer.

      Any idea about the Functionality of SQL SERVER, which can help in diging for any previous chane done in the database. Like ORACLE have "logminer" a inbuilt toll to dig the previous changes done in the database without audition on.
