      I am repairing three UMOC440F inverters right now and two showing the Relay:Fault error. I tried changing out the relay from the third DOA inverter I have but it still just cycles and throws a fault.



      Does anyone know the minimum voltage these relays need to function? I am connected to a 110v DC pack (9x 12v batts) so I am wondering if that is the source of my issues. I’ve changed the minimum voltage to 100v but I have a feeling the relay needs more than that. I’ll try finding more batteries to see if that helps.

      I need a Kraus & Naimer S1730 relay for an UMOC440F controller.

      Unfortunate that company are no longer making contactors.

      It's 2 pole @ 40A and 4 auxiliary contacts @ 16A with an 180V DC coil.

      Part number : S1730 D180/2040-177.

      If anybody can help me locate one of those ( even if it's has a different coil, I can reuse the old one) much appreciate.

        I’ve been working on a few UMOC440F and now that I know two have relay faults and I found a way around by flipping the inverter upside down on my work bench, I want to make sure the settings work for the ACgtx20 I for testing. Right now I can only get up to 67-69 RPMs, but I am running on only 120v, in Delta. My Id is around 65A and Iq is 320ish when I have my 5k throttle all the way so something must not be correct.
