      I just noticed that as well! The DMOC has 280 Nm max torque set. Looks like I need to go into the New Eagle ECU to double check that is set correctly... My experience with them has been an iffy one, and they are only helpful when we pay them tons of money (which we no longer have for the project).

      Your logs say you are asking for upwards of 1000Nm!!!! I can't see any reason that the controller or motor would appreciate this at all. The motor is rated for 280Nm peak and far less than that continuous. You might try turning down your max torque quite a bit to see if it responds better.

      Thanks for the tips. Today I checked the encoder wiring (factory Azure
      encoder) and the cable had been zip tied to the three-phase power cord. So
      I re-routed the cable and it did not make much of a difference.

      I also did some wind up and torque step tests (some of the data attached).
      I'm not 100% I did those tests correctly. The Azure documentation is iffy
      on the wording. Wolf, which variables are you referring to for the voltage
      limits? I believe they are set with enough difference between the two. I
      also played around with the torque slew and noticed that things smoothed
      out slightly. I am not sure as to why a lower slew number seems smoother
      than a higher one?

      Wolf, the one thing I did not try was using the jumper cable. I'll try to
      do that and let you know what happens. Other than that, everything is
      shielded well, and the pack is isolated.
