I tend to use Digikey;  they charge for shipping, but if your order is small and will fit in an envelope, the price is generally not too ridiculous.

Farnell have a policy of free shipping for a minimum order of £20, less than that and their shipping cost is  over the top. If they have to ship from the States it's even more costly.

RS is not significantly dearer than Farnell, shipping is more reasonable and I can also pick up orders next day at their local depot.

      A word of caution.
      You need SOIC parts.
I have ordered some FST3257's only to receive parts with a smaller footprint SOIP.

For FST3253 I ordered from Hong Kong and we had to exchange a number of emails to ensure they were the correct form factor, the mistake above loomed large and I had to email a picture and point to the part on Digikey.

I recently got some 74CBT3257's from RS Components this week to replace a FST3257 on a UHFSDR, resulting in a noise floor of -60dBm and no signal.

RS Components have the Texas version CBT3253 stock number 663-1723

Farnell also CBT3253 stock number 1750447

      Farnell are cheaper price.

The whisker you can see in the pic is a result of me leaning over the board to take the picture a couple of hours after having my hair cut
