Currently building a Softrock 40 R receiver for 20m.  The build is going well so far, even though I already lost a resistor, doh! :-).

Hopefully this will give me a good introduction to SDR, which I'm very interested in, and soon have a transceiver on the air.

Just wanted to say hello, and thank y'all, cause I've already learned a bunch just from reading your posts.

        Welcome Julio.

I guess they land and bounce.

        Tungsten tweezers are recommended.

The one I ended up using after losing some parts is a high quality curved sharp end one from the company's toolkit which has never launched any one of hundreds of SMT parts.
