When I ordered the second SDR-Widget from yoyodyneconsulting, we considered it lost after 8 weeks. George kindly refunded the payment before I could ask him to hold on to it as I needed the Widget more than I needed the money.
Two days later I got the card to collect from the local post sorting office.
Normally stuff from Canada takes at most a week but this time it had been stuck in Customs for 2 months as verified by the date stamps.
I have no idea why such a thing could happen.

Tony, per the other comments, a week is not nearly long enough - I've experienced one envelope arriving a couple of weeks after the first one.
