      I think you'll find that's ethanol you have.

      The problem with isopro is that if you buy 99%, (and I just saw it in a NorCal Fry's) it will absorb water vapor till it reaches 91%. Its still not bad and dries pretty quick.

      I just use a commercial flux cleaner
