        Those are optional tests. That's why you're asked do you want to
        perform them or not. Unfortunately they can fail because of
        connectivity problems (21-public.t), or because server implementation
        was changed (22-interop_apache.t). 25-uddi.t failed because there is
        no such public server anymore. Tests in current version will use
        different UDDI server and different endpoint for Apache tests. Those
        errors can be safely ignored. Tests that starts with 0* are core
        tests and shouldn't fail. All other tests may (ideally they should be
        skipped, but it's not always possible).
