      Hi

      I have a trivial client calling a mod_perl enabled server, the server
      returns the following header.

      --- Header ---
      Client-Date: Sat, 19 Apr 2003 19:58:59 GMT
      Client-Response-Num: 1

      Status: 200 OK
      Content-Length: 547
      Content-Type: text/xml; charset=utf-8
      SOAPServer: SOAP::Lite/Perl/0.55

      --- EndHeader ---

      Note the Client-Reponse-Num:1 has a carriage return after it, this
      causes SOAP::Lite to report "Unexpected Content-Type '' returned" as
      the header is terminated by the carriage return.

      Running the same script as CGI returns a correct header e.g.

      Date: Sat, 19 Apr 2003 19:58:23 GMT
      Server: Apache/1.3.26 (Unix) Debian GNU/Linux mod_perl/1.26 PHP/4.1.2
      Content-Length: 547
      Content-Type: text/xml; charset=utf-8
      Client-Date: Sat, 19 Apr 2003 19:58:25 GMT
      Client-Response-Num: 1
      SOAPServer: SOAP::Lite/Perl/0.55

      Can anyone help with this?

      Pete
