Look at eSoap stack. It is a C++ implementation.
It has been tested under Linux, Windows and
some RTOS. The "code size" is around 150-200K
for a simple server. The memory footprint
for run-time operation would depend on
many factories, specially how big the payloads
      of the messages involved are.

There is a java version of eSoap. It is
*client only*. There is no server support.
The "core" of eSoap stack in java is around
      41K.

      Take care. Rosimildo.
