      Subject to approval

      Responsible for assisting the Director for Student Enrollment Services in providing timely and efficient registration services for new and returning students. Prepare enrollment statistical reports on term by term basis per scholarship type. Act as a liaison with HR office to ensure proper up to date compliance with scholarship rules and course-prerequisites for internal scholarships. Ensure that all students warded scholarships have the necessary SIS Plus element fields update term by term. Coordinate with divisions regarding up to date division���s offerings, advising and registration dates. Answer telephone, email and walk-in students query. Prepare library ID Cards for students and instructors. Maintain end of term grades on SIS Plus.

      Requirements: Bachelor degree. 3-4 Years of experience. Fluency in Arabic and English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel, knowledge of SIS is an asset. Organized, reliable, dependable and have an eye for details. Ability to work under pressure. High level of communication, and interpersonal skills.
