Re: [snowkiteidaho] BRRRR
Or with me in Galveston .....82 degrees, 9.5 in the surf 70 for the water and sunny at Stewart Beach. As I understand from the neighbors I am one of the first to kite "The Blue Hole".....directly behind Moody Gardens on Galveston Island during the last norther.

I finally got on the water after debating the wisdom of heading out by myself but then going won out. 6.0 sail and 112 L board. Gloves was a mistake as they make Popeye forearms quickly. The warmth wasn’t needed as I didn’t plan on staying out long. Did close to a dozen reaches, planning most of the time. Got some nice wave hops and gybes. Never fell in, close but managed to stay on top the whole time. Planed to all the way in to turners. A couple of boaters coming and going but not much traffic as you can imagine. New record for me at LP Nov. 23, Whooo Yaa!! I’d rather be with Bill B. in Padre.
