      Greg....

Are you talking about Sunday early afternoon (1-2PM)? I was there from
about 12-1:30 and the wind sucked. I never did get on plane and there were
many times my kite was falling due to lack of wind. Eddy said he was
      working with 'gopher farts'.

Are you saying that it picked up that day? If it did, what time? Was Tom
      Caviani still out there too.

As hard as the wind was blowing in Boise before I left... I was SHOCKED at
how light it was at ICR. Are you saying it picked up?

If that thing filled up every year... we would need a windmeter there.

I am looking at windmeter options for Lucky peak right now. I hate getting
      skunked like that.

      Let me know.

      -Jason

Jason you should have stayed out at ICR. About a hr
after you left the wind came up to 18-20 mph gusting
to 30. I successfullly turned myself into a fishing
bobber. Eddy was jumping the rock jetty on the west
side of the res. I say him get at least 40 ft in the
air over a dozen times. We left about 6 and the wind
      was still ripping.

I'm going to try Lucky Peak tomorrow morning and Thursday. Looks like
fantastic SE flow for the next several days. I'll be hiking up from turner
gulch since the Barclay Bay launch isn't ready (water too low) yet.

Hope to see you on the water soon.
