RE: [snowkiteidaho] Land Flying?
The absolute best buggying is Alvord desert in Eastern OR. It’s about 3.5 hrs. We usually go every Memorial and Labor day, but I am going to miss it this weekend. Awesome hotsprings there too.
Welcome to the group.
I started flying CV (Columbia village) 12yrs ago. It is definitey the best wind spot close to city. There are dry lakes around, & some high desert locations.
Feel free to call if you need details or gear.

Anyone in the Boise area Kite ATB or buggy? I'm lookin' for places to
fly. Kinda tough... i know. But i really enjoy kite ATB. I haven't
flown simplot field yet (surprising, i know!), only been learning
slowly on my kite. By the way, i'm new to the sport, i didn't even
know we had this many people who love to kite!!! Hope to see ya around.
