      Many of those within this industry have thought the Swecker v. Midland Power Cooperative case was resolved a year ago last December after the FERC ruling.

      For those of you interested I have attached a link to the most recent ruling from the Iowa State Supreme Court which was filed on April 1, 2005.

      Its amazing that a not so intelligent REC can't see the advantages to the utilization of this form of renewable energy. This case is over five years old.
