      Crockpot Eggs and Sausage



      4 servings



      1 lb sausage (or little smokies cocktail franks), browned and drained

      6 eggs beaten

      1-1/2 cups milk

      8 slices bread cut into 1/2 inch squares

      1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

      1 dash salt and pepper



      Mix together all ingredients except cheese and put in crockpot.

      Sprinkle with cheese.

      Cover and cook for approximately 2 hours on high, then 1 hour on low.

      Adjust cooking time according to your crockpot.

      Some may take much longer than 2 hours
