        1 1/2           cups  salad oil
           1/4           cup  Worcestershire sauce
           1/3           cup  lemon juice
           3/4           cup  soy sauce
           1/2           cup  wine vinegar
           1/2           cup  parsley flakes
        2          teaspoons  pepper
        2 1/4      teaspoons  salt

      1.  Mix and pout over roast.  Let marinate overnight.  Grill and enjoy.  Or use in crockpot
