                            AUNT GENE'S CROCKPOT MEATLOAF

      Serving Size  : 0     Preparation Time :0:00
      Categories    : ground beef

        Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
      --------  ------------  --------------------------------
        1              pound  ground beef
        1                     egg -- beaten
        1          small can  evaporated milk
        1 1/2           cups  oats -- not instant
                              chopped onion, bell pepper -- (amounts @ your discretion)
                              seasoning to taste -- (salt, pepper, lemon pepper, garlic salt, etc. your choice)

      1.  Mix all ingredients well and shape into a loaf the shape of your slow-cooker.

      2.  Refrigerate overnight.

      3.  Place in slow-cooker set on LOW.

      4.  Pour a can of diced tomatoes (your choice of flavor) over meatloaf.  Cover and cook 6-8 hours.
