      Crockpot Picante Chicken

      Ingredients:

      1 lb. boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut into strips
      1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
      1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced black olives, drained
      1 jar (8 oz.) picante sauce ( brand and heat level your choice )
      2 cups each low-sodium chicken broth, hot cooked long-grain brown rice
      2 tbsp. yellow mustard

      Directions:

      Place chicken, mushrooms, olives, sauce, broth and mustard in a 3 -
      6-qt. crockpot, stir to combine.
      Cook on High 3 - 4 hours, Low 6 - 8 hours.
      Serve over rice.

      Makes 4 servings.
