      Not sure if it is the same, but sure sounds good.

      Stuffed Green Pepper Soup
      Submitted by: LIGHTNINGNUT

      Ingredients
      1 lb extra lean ground beef, browned, drained and rinsed.
      1 large onion, chopped
      2 cups diced tomatoes
      2 green peppers chopped
      2 cups tomato sauce
      3 cups water
      1 tablespoon beef bouillon (I used 3 cubes)
      1 tsp seasoned salt
      dash pepper
      1 cup cooked white rice.
      Directions
      Put all ingredients into a slow cooker for 6-8 hours.
      Number of Servings: 6
