      Crockpot Potroast Dinner

      2-3 lbs. beef roast (top round, rump roast) or LEAN chuck roast
      3 large carrots, peeled and chunked
      3 medium potatoes, peeled and chunked
      1 medium onion, peeled and quartered
      1/4 teaspoon black pepper
      1 can (10.75 oz) of any condensed cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
      1/2 cup water
      1 package of ANY dry onion soup mix (Lipton's, etc.)
      1 tablespoon Gravy Master or Kitchen Bouquet browning sauce (optional)

      Mix the condensed soup, the dry onion soup mix, the water, the
      pepper, and the Gravy Master all together in the bottom of the
      crockpot, then put the veggies and the meat into the crockpot. Cook
      on low for about 6-8 hours, or UNTIL meat is tender.

      When done, remove meat & veggies from crockpot and stir the gravy
      well before serving. Serve hot.
