                         SC Raisin and Herb Seasoned Stuffing

                              Nonstick cooking spray
        16            ounces  herb stuffing mix -- (1 package)
        1                cup  raisins -- golden and/or dark raisins
           1/2           cup  chopped onion -- (1 medium)
        1 1/2           cups  water
        1                can  condensed golden mushroom soup -- 10.75-ounce
        8              ounce  sour cream -- (1 carton)

      1.  Lightly coat the inside of a 3 1/2 or 4-quart slow cooker with cooking
      spray. In the prepared cooker combine stuffing mix, raisins, and onion. In
      a medium bowl stir together the water, condensed soup, and sour cream.
      Pour soup mixture over stuffing mixture; stir gently to moisten.

      2.  Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on high-heat
      setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
