      Actually Lance .......... it doesn't freeze all that well ........ when you thaw it, it has a fair amount of water that comes out of it - it's just the nature of the beast.

      Maybe you should ...........
      1) eat a larger b'kfast;
      2) have company over :)
      3) or make a smaller amount but I sincerely don't recommend freezing.

      Everyone knows the 'standard' crockpot breakfast casserole, right?
      hashbrowns, sausage, eggs, cheese, onion, maybe peppers.

      But how does it freeze? I'd like to eat on it more than the few days it'll last in the fridge. I often have to throw some of it out (unless I have really big servings.) Has anyone tried to?
