There is a multimedia gallery for Blessed and Worhipful Holy Master Sri
Swami Sivanandaji Maharaj at his biography page at

There are 6 audio files (housed at Shree's site) and 10 images of the
Master. The images take a while to load but it is well worth the wait.

There is also a picture of Sivananda Ashram, the headquarters of the
Divine Life Society at Rishikesh, India, for the benefit of those who have
not seen it. The URL is http://www.rsl.ukans.edu/~pkanagar/divine/aims.htm

Yours in the service of Gurudev,

SPIRITUAL INSTRUCTIONS: A government advocate requested the Master for a
few words of instruction. The Master readily agreed.

"Serve the poor; give them free service.

Treat your home and office as Brindavan. Regard your children as the
      manifestations of the Lord.

"Change the angle of vision. Do every action as worship of the Lord.
      Practise His constant remembrance."

"Swamiji, during work this remembrance is often broken and it is difficult
      to maintain continuity."

"True, but it will come with practice. Raise the current of remembrance
again and again. Again and again feel that you are doing His work.
Pleading is only His work. Further, the Lord has graciously chosen you as
His instrument for the spread of Bhakti and Sankirtan. He has endowed you
with a sweet voice and skill in Kirtan. It is your sacred duty to spread
the glory of the Lord's Name and devotion to Him. What need you do? He
will be highly pleased with you."

"Without prayer there is no purity. Without purity there is no meditation.
Without meditation there is no illumination. Without illumination there is
      no salvation." - Swami Sivananda
