ON VIOLENCE: Sri K. N. Reddy asked, "Can we use
violent methods to fight for justice?"

      "Never!" answered the Master.

"Sometimes violence is necessary. Non-violence is not
possible everywhere. Is it true?" Vishnu Swamiji
      queried.

To this the Master replied, "Sannyasins should never
use any kind of violence. Householders, in order to
protect themselves, may resist. They may defend
themselves. But Sannyasins, on the other hand, should
never resort to violence, because they are not the
body. During the Vraja Homa ceremony the body is
      burnt."

      -----------------------------------------------------

"There is a realm where there is neither earth nor
water, neither space nor time, neither perception nor
thinking, neither light nor darkness, neither east
nor west. That is the abode of Brahman where there is
everlasting peace and bliss." - Swami Sivananda
