Why Manifesto of CPI(M) is silent on Political Crime Nexus and also on Black Money deposited in Tax Haven Centers?

CPI(M)’s Manifesto is not at all impressive on the subject of 'Corruption', nor it spoken anything about Black Money
deposited by the Corrupt Politicians, Bureaucrats and Mafia Elements, Tax Haven Centers ”. Till Shri Jyoti Basu, was the Chief Minister of West Bengal, he traveled for Switzerland every year, with a program for one month’s tour of the abroad. Once, he also taken, along with him, to Mr. Sitaram Yachury too, only after, when, Mr. Yachury spoken against Shri Basu, in a meeting of Polite Bureau. Now for the larger public interests CPI(M) should disclose, whether Shri Basu’s aforesaid tours were for any propagating mission of the Communism or to manage his reported huge black money, which he earned during his tenure as Chief Minister of West Bengal ? I am a severe victim of the Nexus between Shri Jyoti Basu and Kolkata Land Mafia. Due to his close proximity Kolkata Land Mafia hatched plot for attempt to murder me and another attempt to kill my son, by staging a Truck Accident. Truck Accident was staged under Police Protection. On 8th July, 1993, I filed application for prosecution of Shri Jyoti Basu, which was never examined and considered, by the President, considering political influence of Shri Jyoti Basu. In fact corruption is not an issue for CPI(M) Party.

Extracts from CPI(M) Manifesto about Corruption:-

The ruling alliance vitiated the parliamentary democratic system by large-scale use of money, bribery and intimidation to purchase and encourage defections from the opposition to win the vote of confidence in July 2008. The government displayed complete contempt for Parliament by extending the July 2008 special session till the end of December, and doing away with the winter session altogether. Misuse of public institutions and investigative agencies was also the norm under this government. The UPA government has presided over a massive telecom scam. It first sold 2G licences to favoured companies. The companies then divested their shares at huge profits. In the process, the exchequer lost at least one lakh crore rupees. The government has refused to order a probe into this massive scam. The Satyam-Maytas scandal is another shocking example of how crony capitalism is leading to institutionalized corruption.
