Shri E Sreedharan, President of Foundation of Restoration of National Values (FRNV), Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, Hon’ble Mr. Justice KG Balakrishnan, Shri Somnath Chatterjee, Shri LK Advani, Smt. Sheila Dikshit and Tata group chairman Shri Ratan Tata, former chief justice of Mr. MN Venkatachaliah, former chief vigilance commissioner Mr. N Vittal,
To spark a revival of ethics among Indians, especially in the leadership, as object behind formation of the aforesaid Foundation, is not possible, till our working system of the governance is not changed, which was created and developed by Britishers, in India, with sole object to divide Indians, to Rule India, which even after Independence, we adopted as part of our Constitution. In last more than 60 years of Independence , the biggest lost of the society, as a whole, is missing of ethics from day to day life.
One of Grand Uncle from my large Choraria family from my village became Saint. His Holiness’s name was Muni Nath Mal. Now His Holiness is a great renovator of ethic values in the society and His Holiness’s present name is Acharya Mahapragnayji. But, I differ even with His Holiness’s way to renovate the Ethic Values in the Society. With this view, I written about 250 Articles in Hindi and most of Hindi Newspapers in India published my articles.
Therefore, unless and until, we are not ready to examine the root of the cause of such developments, we cannot revive ethical values amongst Indians, which every day further deteriorating in our society. For this object we should change and rewrite our Constitution as per requirement of the “Truth Shall Prevails”, inserting a New Election Process, which can ensure unity amongst people of the society, and also ensure corruption free election. I have written a Model of New Constitution for India , which is posted at: http://constitutionindia.tripod.com
Right to Justice is a fundamental right, but now-a-days it became impossible. WE considered that Justice means Judgments. That is why Supreme Court even decided that even Mockery of Justice passed under Article 32 of the Constitution cannot be challenged. I suggested a Model Code of Civil Procedure which in the year of 1995-96, I mentioned in a Writ Petition, filed before the Supreme Court. If this Model Code is accepted, at the trial Court levels, any Civil Dispute, with any type of critical dispute, can be resolved within two years. Under my suggestion, much more Courts are also not required. This Model Code would improve quality of Justice at the lower court levels, which minimise the filing of the Appeals and 2nd Appeals. Large number of Civil Case, are filed with object to blackmail others, which will be restrained completely. To remove corruption from the governance, I further suggested few other suggestions through aforesaid Writ Petition, to ensure (1) Right t Information (which is partly meet with the enactment of the Right to Information Act, 2005. I would explain, why I am calling it as Partly, if I given a scope to explain); (2) I suggested amendment in the Prosecution Permission procedure, for each and every Public Servant, starting from the President of India, Chief Justice of India, which at present, compleely depends upon the administration, whereas this should be regulated by a law only; (3) Right to Remedy (at present under Article 32 of the Constitution this is guaranteed, but in practices, this is only granted for the people, who are capable, to appoint lawyers, renowned before the Benches, therefore, I suggested an procedure, to ensure this guarantee as a realty, without increasing any burden on the Supreme Court Benches).
With Best Regards,
