Randall Williams sailed his Signet "Inshallah" from Sweden to Belgium single handed, where he later sold her to a Dutchman, before returning to the USA to resume his musical career.
"Dutch Courage" a Mk 2 Signet 20 moored at Conwy after being purchased by Rodney who carried out an exensive refit, and is now enjoying sailing her.
He has also posted pictures on this site. This is what can be achieved by finding a Signet 20, and if necessary after spending some effort and a little cash, one has a really fine sailing cuiser - a real little seaboat of which you will be very proud.
Derek and Marilyn also restored "Saffron" a Signet Super 20 (Mk 2)that has provided them with some excellent sailing over the past three seasons, including right through the last two winters. Sadly she has now been sold, and replaced by a Tomahawk 25, but the learning experience and confidence that she has inspired have been tremendous.
Signets have fin or bilge keels to suit all waters, but both types perform equally well.
Should you already be a Signet owner, please do register, add your boat to our database, and join in the Forum discussions.
