                Well, it's hard to correctly "spell" a name that was originally written in a foreign alphabet and foreign language. Nobody agrees on the best way to transliterate Cyrillic-based languages to Latin-based languages.

                You'll need to take "Svyaslav" and see if there's a phonetically equivalent spelling that does show up in Paul's dictionary, which is restricted to the Library of Congress translitteration system.

                Especially since, in the Library of Congress system, you would not see the name "Svyaslav" anyway. It would be written as "Sviaslav". And in pronunciation, it would be very close to "Svyeslav" or "Sveslav" or "Swieslaw", etc. so you might have to look for it under those spellings as well.
