Group Description

This site is maintained by the 1993-2012 Board of Managers of the Shorehaven Condominium Association. The site is being utilized to promote the exchange of ideas, thoughts, comments and suggestions by the 256 families that own homes in the Shorehaven Condominium complex, located in Clason's Point, New York 10473. It also serves as an online repository for Board minutes, Shorehaven pictures and various issues effecting our community.

Members must be Shorehaven homeowners. IN ORDER TO JOIN the group, Potential members MUST provide the following information:
1. LAST NAME,
2. STREET ADDRESS
and most importantly
3. COMMON CHARGE STATEMENT ID number.

The use of profanity and derogatory comments will NOT be tolerated.

The "Cornerstone of Quality" 2001 picture is the original 1988 marketing display utilized by Soundview Associates Inc. (the former sponsor who defaulted and abandoned Shorehaven after building only 172 units, in a sweetheart deal to East River Savings Bank aka RB Asset Inc). It's final resting place was upside down in garbage in the abandoned (now demolished) Shorehaven Beach Club building. It serves as a reminder as to how the original Shorehaven Homeowners were abandoned and illustrates why we must continue to be vigilante in our efforts to protect our community from the unscrupulousness of real estate developers (i.e. RB-Beechwood LLC,). Lest we end up like the grand Soundview Associates display, ABANDONED. Abandoned by those Real Estate Developers and politicians who promised that Shorehaven and Clasons Point would be an ideal community.
