Group Description

ALL children SHINE when celebrated for being exactly Who They Are.

It sounds so simple and makes so much sense, doesn't it?

This *ShineWithUnschooling* list is a joyful, positive, radical unschooling community that celebrates every child for the unique gifts they bring to the world. This *Shine* community honors, respects and celebrates ALL children for being exactly Who They Are.

And thanks to radical & respectful unschooling, our children are allowed to remain True to their Shining Selves, for our every day lives are centered around our children's gifts, their passions, their strengths, their joys...their *Shine*!

Here in this respectful community, we talk about the glories that radical unschooling brings into our family's lives. We allow radical unschooling to stretch our minds and question everything we once thought to be true about life, learning, the world and ourSelves. Most of all, we talk about how radical unschooling allows our children to Shine oh so brightly, for we are all here to realize our own magnificence. What better gift could anyone give to their children?

This list is *for* radical unschoolers, those who have a grasp of it, or those newer to it who know they want to walk in this direction. If you are COMPLETELY new to radical unschooling, please visit Shine member/co-owner Pam Laricchia's fantastic site: http://www.livingjoyfully.ca and do some reading... I think you will be glad you did.

The Positive and Respectful Energy on this list is so uplifting and is made possible thanks to my Shining friends and partners-in-Shine: Anna and Pam...as well as so many other *Shine* regulars/legends, whose Voices are necessary, as is their Truths that they so openly and boldly share.

Here is my article which ignited the spark that spread into the Shine~
