        Dear Fans of Robots
John O'Connell high school in the mission district (real close to ATA)
is home of the US FIRST competition's 2004 NW Regional Champions.
Saturday, we pick up the kit for this year's competition. We've lost
two of our valuable engineering mentors and are looking for
replacements. If any of you is interested in working with enthusiastic
high school students to build and program our bot, all comers welcome!
We meet Monday, Wed. & Fridays 3:30-5:00 PM. This Saturday, we're going
to San Jose for the kick off event and to pick up our kit. There, we'll
find out what the game is this year. We frequently meet at City College
on Saturdays to use their shop.

We've registered for the Las Vegas competition last week in March.
Energetic volunteer mentors may qualify for the trip!
