      Aeroflot is now allowing cell phone use on all flights. [OK, it's one thing if they took care of the navigation interference issue......BUT......people will start talking loudly, and all the time....without any consideration of those who would prefer to sleep on flights. Not good....unless they have an isolated area so people can talk without bothering others.....]

      A bunch of passengers on a Turkish Airlines flight subdued an attempted hijacking while the plane was on approch to Istanbul. Flight originated in Oslo.
       
      Meet the Beetles........some were found in a rice shipment on an inbound plane at LAX. It was not publicly specified which airline was carrying the rice, nor where the plane was coming in from....but it was in a shipment of food in a personal package, and not a commercial shipment. US Agriculture destroyed the package.
       
      Delta is waiving claims against Mesa Air, who is bankrupt, so they can resolve the case and move on.
