Delta is not renewing the sponsorship of the Atlanta Falcons, and is instead concentrating on baseball marketing instead. They now are the official airline of both the Yankees and Mets. [At one time, UAL and TWA had the most sponsorship deals of sports teams, and all other carriers were few and far between....should be interesting to see how it is distributed nowadays.....]

Qatar Airways plans to add seven more destinations this year.

Chicago is having problems with lease agreements at Midway Airport.

Seattle Updates......there has been a rash thefts here in Seattle, of both bags and contents. UAL has been affected the least, but still has some problems. Some of the Menzies(contracted ramp for Alaska)people have been arrested, but the thievery still is going on. Especially with UAL sharing some common areas with AS.

Also, there will be some UAL groups at certain upcoming Mariners games here in Seattle. In fact, one of them will be against the Giants. Yes, I still am a Giants fan(despite living up here), and it would be cool to have some of you come up here for the game. Will let you know when that will happen..
