        Hello Mr. White,

Thank you for the email message and sorry its taken me a bit to reply.
I just returned from Reno CS surprisingly talking to them about the same
      concern
you have expressed. You will be glad to know that we the district are
      doing
exactly what you are asking for.

Rich Delaney had assigned AGC Alex Gerulis to meet with the company on a
      regular
basis to look over any plans they have to make other stations go UAX. We
      have been
successful in keeping United from turning Tuscan into a UAX station.

I have been currently going to the line stations that I am assigned to,
      PDX, Reno,
and will be going to San Jose, to gather information and pass it along to
      Alex on why
United should not be looking at these station to go to a UAX operation.

I assure you we will do everything we can progressively to keep United
      from looking at
our home SFOCS from going to this type of operation. I have been keeping
      Darwin Finley
informed of our progress and will continue.

In regards to INDY we are still working on that station and we feel we
      will be successful.

If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to email me
      any time.

        Thank you,

        Danny Lebron
        AGC
