Although it may seem counter-intuitive and even scary - being real, honest, and vulnerable is a key element to individual and group success and fulfillment. This interactive workshop is filled with inspiration and practical tips to improve communication, enhance trust, create a positive and supportive environment, and provide specific tools and techniques needed to move past fear or challenges.

      Directions to 199 Greenfield in San Rafael:
      From Hwy 101, exit Central San Rafael and head West on Third Street for approximately 1.3 miles. From left turn only lane (across from Bedrock Music in mini mall), turn left onto Ross Valley and immediately turn left onto Greenfield to park. Walk to corner of Ross Valley and Greenfield and turn left (Building entrance is on Ross Valley) then take stairs to 2nd floor.
