      Hi,

Has anybody experience with an alternative to the pigs and chickens metapher
      ?
In many parts of the world, an egg-and-bacon breakfest is just destestable
(I like it, quite a lot)
Do you know anybody who would proudly call himself a pig ?
A manager who is told he is a chicken will just get pissed off.
I am not referring to Asia or Africa, but European Unioncountries.
I used the "fighter pilot" and "groundhog" metapher, but it only works in
countries where there is a draft system and no sound HR manager is hiring
anybody who did not make corporal, at least.
      Any suggestions/experiences ?

On a vehicle support mailing list I read, they also use a disappointing but point making acronym:

"Planning constantly peers into the future for indications as to where a

"A Plan is a complex situation, adapting to an emerging solution."
