Cumulative Flow Diagrams are widely used for Scrum with Microsoft.
The corporate Engineering Excellence group made an Excel template
available to teams doing Scrum. They now teach the use of CFDs in
their internal Scrum training.
I'll try to get some example for public speaking events in the
future and make them available to the community.
