      Question 2 (I'm a lurker) - Answer A. Trying to learn more.

I am managing from the US an ever growing team in China and I want to
      start using some agile techniques...
but I'm not sure which one or which bits and pieces to us. I'm watching
a few groups before committing to one.

      Subject: [scrumdevelopment] Question for practitioners

As a practitioner I am curious as to how much validity some of
the threads we have had posted here are to those of us who 'pay the
      bills' using Agile tools.

Question 1. What topics do you feel are missing the point,
      based on your experience

      a. Metrics

      b. Process versus Methodology

      c. The DOI conversation

      d. The breadth of topics and
      divergence from SCRUM

      e. Postings like this

      f. other

Question 2. If you are a lurker, what makes you come back?

      a. You are trying to learn
enough to be the 'in house' scrum / agile wizard.

      b. You are trying to figure out
how to overthrow the project management establishment in your
      organization and take over.

      c. You get your jollies reading
the full-contact body slams some of our more illustrious contributors
      share with each other

      d. You are trying to find
something so boring that you will be forced to get a life.

      e. other

Question3. If you are a frequent poster, do you feel

      a. You are getting as much back
as you feel you are contributing.

      b. You have given up on getting
a life and realize this is as good as it gets.

      c. A cathartic release

      d. the quality of the community
      is improving or not

      e. other
