I had the good chance to finally meet Ron Jeffries and Chet Hendrickson (both ScrumD-er's) in person a couple weeks ago at Agile 2012.
I also attended a Q&A session with them, and I asked them a question that had been posed to me very recently by an up and coming Scrum Master.
"How do you interpret this Agile Manifesto principle?
- 'Simplicity–the art of maximizing the amount of work not done–is essential.' "
I asked them what they, as AM authors, meant by that principle.
