      The authors of that paper also gave a paper at a recent PMI research conference. Donna Fitzgerald, the host of New Grange, was going to try to get a copy since she lives in Seattle where the conference was given and PMI doesn't post conference papers for the public. Many of the other "agile construction" and lean-stuff can be found at http://www.niwotridge.com/Resources/PM-SWEResources/SWPMReadingList2.htm.
       
      This is a topic that is emerging from PM but has applicability to many other domains.
