Ágiles 2011After two successful editions in Peru and Brazil, the most important conference of agile software development in Latin America will be held in Buenos Aires, based at the University of Palermo's campus. Expected participation of over 500 persons from various countries, from Latin America and around the world.

The Latin American Community of Agile Methodologies wants to hear your ideas, experiences and learn from the techniques you use at work.
RegistrationRegistration is open to participate in Agile 2011, to be held between 11 and 13 October in Buenos Aires.
The registration takes place through the event web site and all those who register before August 31 will receive an early-bird price, for the three days of the conference.
As every year, this edition will also have discussions, lectures by experts in various fields, activities and rich interaction among colleagues across the region.
Organized by the Agile Latin American Community (Ágiles), the conference came in response to the need to bring together professionals interested in sharing experience and knowledge in the most prominent topics on the international agile software development agenda.

Keynote SpeakersDuring the conference Jeff Patton and James Shore will be present as Keynote speakers, both being internationally renowned, who will be responsible for two Keynote lectures and special workshops.
James Shore was an early adopter of Agile development and he continues to lead, teach, write and consult on Agile development processes. In 2005 he was an inaugural recipient of the prestigious Gordon Pask Award for Contributions to Agile Practice. James is a popular lecturer and co-author of The Art Of Agile Development (O’Reilly, 2007).
Jeff Patton works currently as an independent consultant, is founder and list moderator of the agile-usability Yahoo discussion group, a columnist with StickyMinds.com and IEEE Software, and a winner of the Agile Alliance’s 2007 Gordon Pask Award for contributions to Agile Development.
