One of the problems some Agile teams run into is the
impact of low technical agility. They iterate, work in
cross-functional teams, communicate closely with their
customer -- but their mechanisms for producing working,
sound software don't mesh well with this quick-feedback
      cycle.

*Technical Agility* is a set of principles and
supporting mechanisms for technical execution. More
than the well-known programmer practices, e.g. TDD and
refactoring, technical agility applies to every team
member and specialty, as well as to team dynamics.

If you'd like to increase your technical agility and
reap the rewards, attend this podcast. The "Q & Agile"
will take place on February 23 at 3pm ET / 12pm PT.
