      This sounds like a list you have invented, or heard from some random person.  This list is not endorsed by the Scrum community, and in fact is not actually a list of principles at all. Measure whether or not a team is doing Scrum (if you actually need to do that) by the criteria outlined on the SA website.  It is simpler.
